I was with my extended family. those who come independently should drive with an app, because you can easily miss the hotel, which is located between residential buildings that look almost the same. There is no possibility to go next to the sidewalk, there is no person who can see you coming and help, there is one luggage trolley, at the entrance (the rest are far away by the elevators inside). The hotel is supposedly accessible to the disabled, those in a wheelchair or very old, will not be able to enter or leave alone due to heavy, non-automatic and difficult to open doors, even the entrances with a slope that a non-motorized chair will have difficulty climbing without help. There are no shops or restaurants or attractions nearby at a walking distance, it is worth having a car. I would not recommend the hotel for families with small children or teenagers. The hotel has 2 small parking spaces on either side, and a bit of free parking on the street, we were in off season so I don't know how much of that is enough for guests in high season, what is certain is that the pool and sunbathing area are very small relative to the number of guests in the hotel. when we stayed the pool area was closed. We booked 6 rooms, months in advance and had several requests, mainly regarding the location of the rooms, almost none of them were answered, but when we check-in, the receptionist Ross tried his best to accommodate, was very patient and courteous. The hotel asks for the full prepayment before receiving the key room, and the receipt received by email before departure, a bit felt to me like the hotel doesn't trust his guests, In my opinion this is not something that suitable for a luxury hotel, another thing that is not suitable for a luxury hotel is that we were told that the room key cards can stop working if you put them next to a cell phone, so we were careful and yet on the second day of our visit, some of the cards stopped working, even the keys that were left in the room. When we got to the rooms in some of them AC did not work (the AC is central, and after we contacted the receptionist, the matter was arranged). The best thing about this hotel is the courtesy of the staff, every request is treated , one exception is the cleaning staff. Most of us were on the second floor of the hotel, the carpet hallway was covered with bleach stains, almost all rooms had a problem with the plumbing in the shower- when you turn on the shower pipe, the shower head that is fixed in the ceiling drips with cold water, in my room the towel intended for the bathroom floor was dirty including small hairs. Another strange thing: on the first day there were 2 face towels, next to the sink, on the second day only one, and on the third day none, when we asked for them, they said there were none and gave us regular size towels instead.
